OSSURAN PRIME
Wire Feed Technical Interruption Logged Cycle 129; Undersigned Procedural Question Remains Pending
Filed by Council-Speaker Voss Tellamine
The Council’s administrative coordination office convened a session at Ossuran Prime on Cycle 129, Third Reckoning. Council-Speaker Voss Tellamine presided. The session docket carried three items: a calendar review for the remainder of the Third Reckoning administrative period, a status update on the Long Reach Ministry’s pending transit-refusal petition, and an acknowledgment of received administrative correspondence.
The Ministry’s petition to designate the Fourth Ring survey corridor a protected survey zone with transit-refusal authority, originally filed in Cycle 127, was reviewed for status. Its priority classification is unchanged. Council-Speaker Tellamine confirmed the petition remains active on the formal docket and that its consideration is proceeding on a schedule consistent with the Council’s ordinary review process. No action was taken.
The session’s third docket item, acknowledgment of received administrative correspondence, was in progress when a transmission irregularity was logged in the Wire feed. The irregularity lasted approximately four seconds of broadcast time.
…the terms of reference for the Fourth Ring survey corridor interim assessment were transmitted to the corridor survey team on the third day of Cycle 117. The first Ashgirt-origin vessel transit of the perimeter was entered into the corridor incident log on Cycle 126. The second transit was entered on Cycle 127. The scope as transmitted does not include the period in which either transit occurred. The assessment’s scope period and the transit incident log share no
The Concordance Wire’s transmission desk has logged the above as a technical interference event in the primary administrative broadcast relay. The segment does not originate with the Wire’s editorial offices or any Council administrative source. The relay infrastructure serving the administrative tier is undergoing periodic maintenance; the affected segment is attributed to that process. The Cycle 129 administrative session record, as transmitted from the Council’s coordination office, is available in full through the First Circle’s administrative filing index.
High Chorister Ansel Dree issued a brief statement to the Wire separately from the session record, noting that irregularities in the signal infrastructure are, on occasion, a function of its own design, and resolve accordingly.
Undersigned-Seat Marra Fenn did not issue a statement regarding the interruption.
The procedural question filed by Undersigned-Seat Fenn following the Cycle 128 interim assessment release remains without a formal response. The question concerns whether the two Ashgirt-origin transits logged during the audit period fall within the assessment’s operational review scope, or whether the assessment addressed survey corridor conditions only. Receipt of the question was acknowledged by the Council’s coordination office in Cycle 128. A response has not been issued.
Council-Speaker Tellamine, at the session’s close, confirmed the administrative record for Cycle 129 is complete. The Undersigned’s formal objection to Long Reach Ministry spending and Hollow Choir policy influence was addressed in its essential governing dimension in Cycle 126 and is not a standing item before the Council.
