Ministry-sourced Wire items are, by a wide margin, the shortest and most frequent statements attributed to any single Council figure — a pattern that reads, to an outside observer, like an institution that believes its own case is best made through volume of activity rather than argument.

Orsin’s public position on the Long Reach Frontier has not moved across the archived record: the frontier will be settled by someone, and the Ministry’s job is to make sure it is settled on Concordance terms before a rival claimant’s terms become the default.
