Fenn Requests Full Publication of Interim Audit Scope

Undersigned-Seat Marra Fenn submitted a formal response this cycle to the First Circle’s partial approval of the Long Reach Ministry’s Fourth Ring settlement request. The response, as filed with the Wire Desk, requested that the interim audit scope be published in full before the audit’s completion rather than after.

Council-Speaker Voss Tellamine’s office confirmed receipt of the request. “The interim audit is proceeding on an appropriate schedule. Its findings will be made available to the Council in the ordinary course.” The audit scope itself was not released.

Minister Kade Orsin’s office did not file a response to Fenn’s statement. A Ministry spokesperson, asked whether the deferred Fourth Ring balance remained on its projected timeline pending the audit’s completion, referred questions to the First Circle.

High Chorister Ansel Dree, speaking at a separate occasion not related to the Fenn filing, described the audit as “a formal acknowledgment that what the Concordance has built deserves to be seen clearly, and that seeing clearly is itself an act of faith in the work.” He did not reference Fenn’s request.

The Undersigned’s Objection has now carried “received and under the Council’s ordinary review” status across four consecutive Wire editions. Fenn’s request for audit scope publication is also now on the record.
