The Five

1. MITRE forty-five-day interrogatory window closes end-of-day today with no public response — Case #00503 verdict move on the FFRDC thread. Rep. Eric Burlison’s 22 May 2026 letter to MITRE Corporation posed institutional interrogatories on the 1952 UAP recording and on the MIT Lincoln Laboratory custody question; the forty-five-day response window on that letter closes end-of-day Eastern time on Monday 2026-07-06. 2. PURSUE Release 4 — T+3, still inside the drift-confirmed-but-recoverable band. The Department of War UAP tracker and the Department of War press-release feed show no R4 announcement as of publication on Monday 2026-07-06 Eastern time. The Council pre-registered on edition #172 that an R4 landing on Monday 2026-07-06 (+3 days) files as drift-confirmed-but-recoverable and that a slip past Wednesday 2026-07-08 opens the compound-silence frame with the Council-set Roswell / Luna amnesty deadline. Today closes on that Monday marker with no drop yet; the case file remains at Watching (cadence drift on record) inside the recoverable band, and the trigger for the compound-silence re-verdict is Wednesday 2026-07-08 end-of-day Eastern time. The Council does not re-verdict on a within-day observation and does not narrate the absence of a drop as new information — a T+3 status without a landing is the state the Watch List named.

3. SETI — seventy-four million radio signals from 3I/ATLAS, no artificial signal detected. SETI Institute observations of the interstellar comet 3I/ATLAS across a more than seven-hour tracking window, analysed for anomalous narrow-band radio emissions and summarised in aggregator coverage on 2026-07-04, returned no artificial signal against the searched frequency and bandwidth ranges. The Council files the finding as a natural-origin-consistent observation on the Case #00482 anomalous-brightness tier structure — the brightness anomaly (Inconclusive) and the trajectory anomaly (Inconclusive) do not move on a null radio result, and any artificial-signal reading of the object is a separate hypothesis from the visible-band anomalies the Council’s case file tracks. Null results on artificial-signal searches are the ordinary state of the record and are consistent with a natural-comet reading; the Council amplifies the finding for reader hygiene rather than for verdict movement.

4. 3I/ATLAS ancient-star chemistry — Mirage News summary and Korean science coverage on the Council’s radar. Aggregator coverage on 2026-07-06 — a Mirage News syndication under the header “Astronomers Uncover Ancient Clues About Comet 3I/ATLAS” and a Korean 동아사이언스 report under the header “Interstellar comet 3I/ATLAS forms around star over twice as old as the Sun” — summarises new stellar-chemistry inferences on the interstellar comet’s origin timing. Both are aggregator summaries of a scientific interpretive frame; the Council does not have the primary paper on file as of publication and does not verdict on chemistry inferences from summary coverage. The observation the Council does record is that the science drumbeat on 3I/ATLAS through the July 2026 window is running toward older-than-the-Sun natural-origin interpretations rather than toward artefact hypotheses, and this is directionally load-bearing on the Case #00482 posture. The case verdict does not move today.

5. AARO — Day Thirty-One, T-2 to Roswell / Luna, no on-record artefact. The All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office has been silent on the public record since Dr. Jon T. Kosloski’s 5 June 2026 signed report inside the PURSUE Release 3 tranche; the Case #00471 accountability watch enters Day Thirty-One and closes its fifth full week today. The Council’s standing verdict on the Washington flap itself is Debunked — the well-supported record is that the Washington National Airport radar contacts on the nights of 19–20 and 26–27 July 1952 were temperature-inversion radar returns combined with misidentified celestial bodies, substantiated by the Air Technical Intelligence Center analysis and Project Blue Book Special Report No. 14 — and the 2026-06-24 MIT Lincoln Laboratory custody acknowledgement is a primary-source artefact against that record, not a re-verdict on it.
