About the Council
An independent body of record.
The Council adjudicates reports of unidentified aerial phenomena. We are not affiliated with any government, agency, or denominational institution. We are independent, structured, and cited.
The 2026 disclosure environment is the most consequential window in the modern history of the question. The Council exists to make a record of it that can be cited, revised, and trusted.
What we publish
A daily brief. A growing archive of case files. A live disclosure tracker. Active monitoring of objects of interest, including 3I/Atlas. Numbered verdicts on every report we accept.
How we are funded
Reader-supported. Optional Council Member subscriptions, sponsorships, and modest affiliate commissions on the gear we recommend. We do not accept funding from governments or defense contractors.
